This course is an in-depth exploration into the use of Capwiz·XC's Mail Manager and Users & Lists features. It focuses on the functions of managing your online grassroots list, enabling you to track the activity and actions taken by individuals on your Web site and build an activist list based on the report information. Learn how to send outbound Alerts to all or specific portions of your list according to the filtered criteria you select and then maximize results by receiving reports of the actions taken by your members in real time.
Prerequisite
A basic understanding of the Capwiz·XC application will serve attendees well as this session deals with advanced use concepts.
